Rebates and Incentives
Green Source Lighting works with the local utility company and customer to facilitate any rebate programs which may be available, making it more affordable and enabling you to get a return on your investment in two years or less. To encourage companies and building owners to embrace energy efficiency, Congress passed the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (Epact), which offers consumers and businesses federal tax deductions for purchasing energy-efficient lighting systems. These tax breaks range from 30 to 60 cents per square foot of your facility. Green Source will inform you what benefits you qualify for and fill out the paperwork to make sure you secure these tax savings.
